This guy was cool and professional throughout. I was a little unsure what the problem was, the mechanic guided me through the options very helpfully helping me to understand better what I thought was a problem with the carburettor. It turns out this guy has been doing this job for over 30 years and has a life long history of treating people with great care. I would be lost without this guy. The company carcare1 has been a fantastic company. They've helped me by calling me when it's convenient and my input is needed at the points where it could be going either way. Raed and Rob were a pillar of support, huge source of expertise, generosity and energy in helping us prepare our 29 year old Porsche 944 for the 2015 Mongol Rally. Not only did they commit hours of their time, but also all the staff got involved in our cause, either working on the car, or attending charity events. Without their support we wouldn't have broken the fund raising record for a team on the rally (£28,000), and neither would we have attracted the types of sponsors and support we so needed. Above all, great friendships were made over the course of our 6 month project with car care. Excellent, excellent, excellent! My Audi had a minor oil leak and they managed to fit me in during a busy Saturday morning. Within minutes my car was on a ramp being checked out by a mechanic in their impressive workshop. Within thirty minutes, job done - enough time for a complimentary coffee and a good chat with their Director Raed who explained they have worked on an old Porsche for the imminent 2015 Mongol Rally. Could not recommend these guys more.

At last, my car is fixed, having had to go forwards and backwards to many garages. No-one could find the fault. Even Mercedes had the car for 10 days and they couldn't work it out. Car was diagnosed and fixed at Car Care before the end of the day! Really pleased and will be coming back. Highly recommended.

I wish I had found this garage many years ago, as I would have been a far happier driver! Thanks to the internet, I came across this garage and decided to give it a go. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The service quality is phenomenal - which garage do you know, that come to pick up your car, service it, and give it back to you, all the same day? It was even cleaned immaculately in and out, and it was half the price from the Audi dealership (I have a Q5). Thoroughly recommended.

Firstly, the place does not look like a garage but a Ferrari dealership showroom -- the garages are all spotless, the reception area is very warm and welcoming and it is clear that these guys love cars and bikes as a hobby. I have been using this garage for over 10 years now, and I have never had a problem. The work is always done to a top standard, the service advisors are always very clear about what is happening, and there is nothing that they can't do. All in all, I would definitely recommend this garage, they know what they're doing.

I have been using CCK for over 10 years even now when i have moved to the other side of London I still get all my work on both cars done here. The best garage i ever been to. Clean, professional, honest i trust them completely. One time the timing belt broke on my wifes car on her way to work. The car went to them in the afternoon and overnight they rebuilt the engine and i had it back by 9am running better than before.Now thats service!! oh and it was valeted as well. There is no problem that they can not solve. Once you go there you will become loyal. Keep it up guys.

As a previous employee of CCK, I feel that I am in a prime position to comment on the service, care and attention to detail that you will receive from Car Care. I worked in the office for four years, and in that time I learnt all of the ins and outs of the business. There is no 'ripping off' at all. The guys do their best to give you the best possible price all the time. If a part needs to be replaced, it's replaced. If it does not need to be replaced, it isn't. A lot of other garages do not operate on this principal. I learnt a lot about customer service from Ray. His customer service is second to none! He will always go above and beyond what is needed, far exceeding any expectations. You will not meet a more genuine person who is always doing his best to help the customer. The team of highly trained mechanics are great, and their level of work is exceptional. They follow the same principals of not replacing anything that is unnecessary, so the customer is always winning. Overall, if you are already a regular customer you will know exactly what I'm talking about. If you have not yet visited Car Care, don't waste your time looking at other garages. Car Care will offer far more than you'll be expecting, with unrivalled customer care. I really do miss working at CCK, and will always remember my time there with fond memories. I can't recommend this company enough. Drive belt broke, so I rang them, they picked up the key, towed my car, fixed it the same day and all for a very reasonable price. I took my 8 year old Porsche Boxster to Ray at Carcare on the recommendation of my friend Carmen who has been a client for years. I wanted to export it to Australia and needed some work done on it before I sent the car. Ray's company exceeded my expectations beyond belief. They have managed to prepare my car for sending to Australia including a respray with meticulous care. The car looks and feels so amazing now that I can't wait to receive it. I have never met such a professional mechanic as these guys. There was a tight deadline to get the car sorted for a ship to Australia, and they not only met the deadline but have fully valeted and prepared my car for shipment and delivered it with very reasonable charges. I have had too many rip off mechanics and stupid prices for small jobs for my Ford Focus diesel. I decided to take my car in this morning to Car care. They were fully booked, but they managed to fit my car in and they managed to re-generate my pdf unit and carry out a diagnostic check at a Fantastic price.The best customer service I have ever experience. I was told by my regular Audi dealer that my car needed a new gearbox at the cost of Â£2300 + VAT. I had my doubts as the car was relatively new.

Somebody recommended Car Care Kensington to get a second opinion on it. The guys were so honest and told me that the whole problem was a clutch + flywheel failure. The whole job cost me around Â£700 and I'm more than satisfied with the quality and standard of the service. They gave me a courtesy car for the day and my car was ready later that day.

I thoroughly recommend you visit this garage if you don't want to be messed around and misled.

I have had such bad luck with garages in the past, ripping me off, charging me for things they never did etc until someone recommended me to car care of kensington, where from the first visit, they found the fault where 5 other garages couldn't. The quotes I was getting were anywhere between 1500 and 1900 pounds, and I was told they would need the car for a minimum of 5 days. Car Care did it in 4 hours, for only Â£280. The car is now spot on and I highly recommend this garage to anyone who wants an expert level honest service.

this is a fantastic garage . I have a new Mercedes s 500 I had a problem with the air-conditioning, I have had taken the car to two previous garages but they could not fix . but car care fixed it by just programming without having to replace any parts

I arranged a service with them, and they came and picked up the car from my house, and it was ready by the time I had finished work.

In general, garages are sloppy and unreliable, but I was really impressed with amazing service. They were so helpful and friendly, and the reception area is so warm and welcoming! Plus, they have fantastic coffee :).

I came to Car Care with my GT3 which I wanted to prepare for track-day. It was just not handling and performing the way I wanted it, and none of the garages I took it to had the level of knowledge to help me.

When I spoke to Ray at Car Care, he immediately knew what I wanted, and after a couple of visits I was amongst the fastest on the track.

One of my main concerns for my London to Sydney trip was the reliability of the car. I didn't have too much confidence in the Subaru dealer I bought the car from, but have used Car Care of Kensington several times in the past and had always been happy with their service.

I dropped in a couple of weeks ago to have a chat about getting the car serviced. I spoke to Ray, who immediately understood what I was after in terms of getting the car prepared and said to leave it with him.

Ray called two days later to say that the car was ready to pick up, and to say that they've been thorough would be an enormous understatement! The car has had absolutely every single consumable replaced: brake pads, discs and shoes. New oil in the gearbox, engine and front and rear diffs. All suspension components checked and tightened as well as a wheel balance and alignment, amongst numerous other things. After checking with me, Ray also offered his advice on spares to take, so he also ordered some spare belts, brake pads etc for us to take with us.

On top of doing an absolutely spot on job, Ray also offered to do the work free of charge since we are doing the trip in aid of charity. (We just have to pay for parts). So with their fantastic service, I really couldn't be happier. I'm now confident that the car is properly prepared for the trip and it's definitely one less thing to worry about!
