About Us

We are a family run business whose reputation has grown over the years entirely through recommendation and not advertisement. Our company has become more like a members' club, with a unique customer client relationship, and we currently cater for over 16,000 very satisfied regular clients. We occupy eleven units in North Kensington and employ some of the finest technicians who are at your service to ensure that all your needs are met both promptly and efficiently.

Car Care of Kensington was established in 1990, where for almost 7 years, we were a mobile service looking after private, fleet and embassy vehicles.

As our business grew, the mobile service could simply not keep up with the number of customers we were looking after, and so in 1997 we took our first unit (4) in North Kensington. In 1999, we opened our paint shop clinic in unit 5, which was followed in 2000 by our tyres and wheel alignment clinic in unit 7.

In 2001, we added unit 8, which became our certified auto MOT test station in 2003, and 2004 saw the introduction of our body work clinic in unit 6. In 2005 we opened both our reception area and car showroom in unit 1, and our electrical system diagnostics and mapping service in unit 2.

In 2013, we opened three new units, unit 3 for upholstery restoration and repairs, and units 9 and 10 for auto mechanical diagnosis and service stations, and we are continuing to expand...

We take pride in our local community, and are proud sponsors of the FC Kensington football team, and the annual Funstock celebrations.

We are also very keen to reduce our environmental impact and ensure that all our waste is disposed of responsibly. We also ensure that your vehicle is serviced and maintained as efficiently as possible to reduce CO2 emissions and increase fuel efficiency.

We currently cater for over 16,000 very satisfied regular clients. This would not be possible without our handpicked team, containing some of the finest technicians who are at your service to ensure that all your needs are met both promptly and efficiently.

We are located in North Kensington, just off St. Mark's Road under the railway bridge and opposite the petrol station. You can reach us by tube at Ladbroke Grove or Latimer Road and via local bus services. There is also a Barclay's Cycle Hire Docking Station directly opposite our workshops.

While we have been in business since 1990, occasionally, things can go wrong. We endeavour to make sure that any complaints are promptly dealt with in a reasonable manner.
